The article describes the principles of creating a hybrid prediction model and comprehensive diagnosis malfunctions CNC ma-chine tools. It was proposed to improve configuration diagnostic system in-clude neuro-fuzzy network with dynamic Bayesian algorithm particle filter in it order provide earlier accurate faults.
